New Vistage International office opens in Peru

San Diego, March 19, 2015 – Vistage International, a global organization which assembles and facilitates private advisory boards for CEOs, senior executives and business owners, today celebrates the opening of Vistage’s first Peru office.

“Over the past ten years, Peru has become one of the fastest growing economies in Latin America,” said Fernando Descotte, General Manager of Vistage Peru. “We are excited about the value that Vistage will bring to Peru’s expanding and competitive economic environment.” Vistage Peru will help executives and entrepreneurs become better leaders, make better decisions and achieve better results through a unique model of counseling and coaching. Vistage brings together the “number ones” of companies in monthly peer-group meetings led by a Vistage Chair, former CEOs who are recognized as leaders in their industry. There are currently three active peer-groups that meet in Peru.

Vistage officially announced operations in the Peruvian market in August 2014. The new office in Lima, Peru will expand Vistage’s Latin American presence, and will be led by Fernando Descotte, General Manager of Vistage Peru; Ignacio Mealla, License partner; and an experienced and recognized group of Chairs.

“In Peru, Vistage aims to better connect executives and provide a worldwide support system.” Said Descotte.

The office is the latest addition to Vistage International’s family of companies. Vistage International and its affiliates are in 35 countries with more than 45,000 members, representing the world’s leading chief executive organization based on revenue.
