New chief executive peer advisory group launched in Pittsburgh by Vistage Chair Tricia Warrick

San Diego, May 25, 2016— Vistage Chair Tricia Warrick has announced the formation of the newest private chief executive group in Pittsburgh, PA. The 8 founding members are leaders of some of Pittsburgh’s finest mid-market companies– looking to fill out the group with 8 more qualified members this year. Joining the ranks of more than 400 Vistage Chairs in the US, Warrick will help her members drive results and tackle challenges using proprietary Vistage processes and tools, and host world-class speakers at monthly meetings. More than 45,000 CEO’s and business owners around the world rely on local area Vistage groups to take their businesses to the next level. There are 210 Vistage executive members in Pittsburgh.

Vistage Regional Executive Keith Hartman applauded her success: “I had the unique pleasure of working with Tricia as her MDD as well as her RE. From the beginning of her initiative, she had a clear strategy in place for her new group build, a strategy that she followed with hard work, determination and great focus. Even more impressively, she displayed an ability to adapt and adjust as she implemented her strategy. Tricia will be a great addition to the Chair community. Tricia, congratulations, and welcome!”

Tricia Warrick is former COO of MARC USA, and former Managing Director of Schneider Downs Corporate Finance. Earlier in her career, she served in the top leadership posts for Mellon Bank’s Middle Market Banking/Pittsburgh Region and Business Banking Group. Tricia has worked closely with CEO’s of more than 500 private, mid-market companies across every industry imaginable as strategic consultant, trusted advisor, M&A/investment banker and commercial banker. Tricia earned a BA in Economics from Kenyon College.
