New chief executive peer advisory group launched in Ohio by Vistage Chair Matt Lauth

San Diego, March 1, 2015— Vistage Chair Matt Lauth has announced the formation of the newest chief executive group for business owners and CEOs in Northwest Ohio. As one of more than 400 Vistage Chairs in the US, Lauth will help his group members get results using a proprietary issue processing method to tackle their most challenging business questions. More than 45,000 executives, business owners and CEOs around the world rely on local area groups to get the most out of their businesses.

Lauth has spent his whole career helping organizations, teams and individuals improve their performance through better leadership, planning, communication and execution. He has held senior leadership roles in the manufacturing, high-tech and service industries. During his more than 28-year career he has held senior leadership roles in corporate leadership, sales and marketing leadership, product development leadership, information technology leadership and customer service leadership. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Wright State University, is a certified Six Disciplines strategy execution coach and is a certified Baldrige Examiner on the Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence.
