Vistage is also committed to fostering a culture of respect and open communication. By alerting Vistage management of any concerns about suspected improper activity or other conduct which does not reflect our Core Values, we provide Vistage leaders with the opportunity to investigate and address circumstances which are not in alignment with our vision, mission and values. We encourage you to address any matters of concern directly with Vistage leaders. However, to further encourage transparency, Vistage also provides an additional avenue to bring forward issues of concern: the Vistage Ethics Helpline.
The Vistage Ethics Helpline is a third-party reporting service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Helpline is staffed by professionals who are not affiliated with Vistage and are available to receive reports by phone, email or by filling out a web-based form. There is no cost to file a report and you may remain anonymous if you wish. Further, you will be provided with a confidential reference number so that you can make changes to a report you have made or check on the status without revealing your identity. All reports are referred to the Vistage Law Department for investigation and follow-up.
