My business experience

I am the founder and CEO of Global Foresight, a firm that provides business forecasts, long term strategy development and innovation support to mid-size and Global 100 companies with experience in over 50 countries. I help senior executives find targets they can’t see. Previously, I was Forecaster of Global Business and Director of the Institute for the Future, Silicon Valley; founder and CEO of Center for the Future of China in Beijing; and have been a CEO of two private companies in import export and health care.

My Vistage experience

I am the Chair of a Vistage Chief Executive group. I also make presentations before member groups as a Vistage Expert Resource Speaker on Future Trends and Strategy Development.

My Vistage groups

Members of the group include leaders of a wide array of industries, including: furniture (accessories global exporter/importer), financial services, IT consulting/staffing, knowledge management and technical documentation, retail, entertainment, accounting and wealth management, health care staffing, technology start-up and food services.

I have a B.S. from the University of Michigan, an M.S. in Applied Behavioral Sciences, Anthropology from UC Davis/Berkeley, an M.H.S. in Management, Public Health from UC Davis and a Ph.D. from Fielding Graduate University.

I enjoy jazz, theatre, coastal landscaping, edge-surfing, jumping rope, golf and hiking.
