My business experience

I am a former CEO with more than 25 years’ experience in building profitable, market-leading companies. This experience includes serving as CEO/president of CamelBak, the world’s leader in hands-free hydration systems; CEO/president of Marinco, a leading manufacturer of specialty electrical connections for harsh environments. Additionally, I have senior marketing experience with a variety of companies focused on consumer products, computer software and accessories, and wholesale distribution services.

My Vistage experience

I was a 13-year Vistage member during my tenure as a CEO. I strongly believe Vistage membership was the best thing I did for my business and myself.

My Vistage groups

My Vistage group includes leaders in a wide range of industries, including: biotech, internet media, hospice care, resort management services, commercial banking, construction services, corporate event planning, finance/IT staffing and recruitment, business intelligence software and medical services. Companies range in size from a venture capital financed startup to +$200 million in annual revenue. Three member firms are publicly traded.

More about Marty O’Donohue

I have a BA in history/economics Stanford University and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. I have also participated in the Stanford Senior Executive Business Program and am currently very active in supporting non-profit organizations in the San Francisco area. I possess a life long passion for the outdoors and I am an avid golfer, hiker, biker and fly-fisherman.
