As leader of Northern California's largest supplier of industrial electrical and automation products, Art Cook was looking to refine a vision for the company's future. He found answers in his Vistage Chief Executive group. And to solidify this vision, he enrolled Roger Stanger, Vice President of Operations, in a Vistage Key Executive group. Now, Art says, Buckles-Smith is moving forward with ambitious plans for growth.
