Vistage Speaker Hunter Lott Wins 2014 Impact Award

San Diego, June 8, 2015 – Vistage International, a global organization which assembles and facilitates private advisory boards for CEOs, senior executives and business owners, has honored Hunter Lott with the Impact Speaker Award, the highest honor a speaker can achieve.

Honorees for the Impact Speaker Award are role models who have made a significant impact on the Vistage community through their speaking engagements during a period of five or more years, through 200 or more presentations. Lott’s has delivered more than 930 Vistage presentations, since his first presentation in 1994, and has a career average score of 4.8 in both content and delivery. He is recognized for taking employment law, an otherwise dry subject, and not only make it understandable, but enjoyable and practical in a presentation titled Attitude: Hire The Best, Fire The Rest, And Stay Out Of Court

Lott is human resources trainer dedicated to the rights of management and good business decision-making. He has presented to over 100,000 business owners and managers at all levels on topics such as hiring, motivation, leadership, firing and staying out of court.
