Vistage Chair Phil Holberton launches newest peer advisory group in Boston

San Diego, December 4, 2014— Vistage Chair Phil Holberton recently launched a new chief executive group in Boston, MA. Focused on helping members evaluate opportunities, gain new perspectives and discover a renewed sense of direction, the private advisory board will lead executives achieve more than they ever imagined possible. Holberton is part of a larger community comprised of more than 400 Vistage Chairs and 45,000 Vistage members in 35 countries.

Phil Holberton is an accomplished executive with over 40 years of executive responsibility including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer. In his long and distinguished career as an executive, educator and trusted confidante to businesses and its executives, Phil has experienced first-hand executives’ growth from his work over the past 15 years. Phil knows that an executive who grows will result in a growing and successful business. Earlier in his career, he completed Wall Street’s only exchangeable debt offering totaling $389 million on behalf of Sun Oil and Becton Dickinson. Phil a CPA with an accounting degree from Franklin and Marshall College (Lancaster, PA) has studied at the Harvard Business School and Center for Creative Leadership.
