Vistage Chair Paul Nobmann launches new private advisory board for chief executives in Napa

San Diego, March 11, 2015— Vistage Chair Paul Nobmann has recently launched a new chief executive group in the Napa, CA market. The new Vistage members will meet monthly to discuss business issues, share expertise, and provide one another confidential help to achieve their goals. Nobmann is part of a community of more than 800 Chairs worldwide who lead local area groups, which total more than 45,000 members in 35 countries.

Paul Nobmann has been a COO in the lumber industry for the past 10 years. For a sawmill company in southern Oregon with sales of $750m and 500 employees and most recently the COO of the 16th largest lumber company in the US with sales of $300m and 300 employees. At the sawmill company he increased sales by 20% and cut production costs by 5%. During his tenure at the lumber company he helped lead the company through the worst recession in the building industry in the last 85 years by cutting overhead and increasing market share. Nobmann has a BS in Education from Brigham Young University and an MBA in Business Management from Pepperdine University.
