Vistage Announces Inaugural Winner of the Vistage Leadership Legacy Award

SAN DIEGO (Oct. 22, 2015) — Vistage Worldwide, Inc., a global organization that assembles and facilitates private advisory boards for CEOs, senior executives and business owners, recently presented Lucie Voves, president and CEO of Church Hill Classics and diplomaframe.com, with the Vistage Leadership Legacy Award at SmartCEO’s New York Brava! Awards.

Vistage developed the Vistage Leadership Legacy Award in early 2015, in partnership with SmartCEO Magazine to honor exceptional small business executives. The award is open to small business executives only, across any industry with an average annual revenue of $5 to $100 million. Vistage worked closely with the Greater New York Area Chairs throughout the nomination and selection process, and presented the first of three Vistage Leadership Legacy Awards to Lucie Voves at SmartCEO’s Brava! Awards program in September.

“We selected Lucie as the first award winner because she truly exemplifies Vistage’s core values of trust, caring, challenge and growth as a leader,” said Lee Peters, Regional Executive for Vistage’s Mid-Atlantic Region. “Lucie drives her company forward with passion and energy, while making the business and local communities a better place to work and live.”

Lucie Voves, President and CEO of Church Hill Classics and diplomaframe.com, has taken her company from a home-based business to a thriving custom insignia frame and gift manufacturer with a national customer base of more than 2,000 colleges, universities, professional associations, fraternities/sororities and the U.S. military. She has also expanded the company to provide universities, professional associations, fraternities/sororities and the U.S. military. Church Hill Classics is a certified woman-owned business, and in 2014, was named by Inc. Magazine to the Inc. 5000 list for the eighth time as one of America’s fastest-growing private companies.

“Vistage selected the Brava! Awards program to present the first Vistage Leadership Legacy Award because it celebrates female CEOs who have a great business-minded spirit and strive to give back to their community. We look forward to working with SmartCEO at future events throughout the year,” said Peters.
