San Diego, September 26, 2013— Vistage Chair Richard Haigh has recently launched a new chief executive group in Ventura, CA. The Vistage Group will meet monthly to discuss business issues, share expertise, and provide one another confidential help to achieve their goals. Haigh joins nearly 400 Vistage Chairs who lead local area groups, which total more than 17,000 members in 15 countries.
Vistage Best Practice Chair Bob Dabic applauded his success: “Richard worked full-time (and then some) to get his group launched in just four months after completion of his ‘Foundations – Part 1’ Chair candidate training! He did this by farming his own extensive network of contacts and making lots and lots of cold calls…including calling one member candidate ten times—which resulted in a join! Richard found that most of his members came from calling people he never knew before! He and I are both very pleased that he now has the opportunity to fulfill his calling (pun intended) to make a big difference in his members’ companies and lives!”
Richard Haigh has unusually varied career experience having been a CEO of both public and private companies as well as an investment banker. He has successfully preserved and created more than three thousand jobs in both growing and troubled companies as CEO, director or investment banker. Richard has an MBA from Harvard Business School and an MA in Law from Oxford University.
