New small business peer advisory group launched in Chicago, IL by Vistage Chair Debra Sunderland

San Diego, April 1, 2016— Vistage Chair Debra Sunderland has announced the formation of the newest small business group for business owners and CEOs in Chicago, IL.  As one of more than 400 Vistage Chairs in the US, Sunderland will help her group members get results using a proprietary issue processing method to tackle their most challenging business questions. Debra Sunderland is Executive Coach at Sunderland Coaching, LLC; and Founder & former President of Gold Party Chicago. She has had executive coaching in conscious leadership training with the Coaches Training Institute where she became CTI certified. With over 20 years of experience, she is expert in small-group dynamics and leadership development, with a specialty in building collaborative teams able to achieve strategic objectives in any circumstance. Debra has a BA in Political Science & Government from Miami University.
