The Vistage Group will meet monthly to discuss business issues, share expertise, and provide one another confidential help to achieve their goals. Parent joins nearly 400 Vistage Chairs who lead local area groups, which total more than 16,000 members in 15 countries.

Prior to becoming a Vistage Chair, Mark was CEO of Syncnicity, where he created an online spend management tool used by 300 Department of Defense and Veterans Administration hospitals, saving the government over $100 million dollars. He also served as CEO of Profile Systems, division President for CDI Corporation, and CEO of United Engineers. Mark holds his Bachelors in Accounting from Western New England University.
