San Diego, May 9, 2012 Vistage Chair Lindon Crow has recently launched a new Small Business group in Orange County. The Small Business Vistage group will meet monthly to discuss business issues, share expertise, and provide one another confidential help in critical situations. Crow joins nearly 400 Vistage Chairs who lead local area groups, which total more than 15,000 members in 15 countries.
Vistage Chair Dwight Frindt applauded Crows success, Lindon has drawn on his decades of experience in leadership development work to establish a rigorous selection process and have his new members get started at a high level in their first meeting.
After nine years working with a national training organization as a trainer and client sales, Lindon left to start his own training and coaching company. For the past 19 years he has served as Founder and President. From initial start-up, to a thriving small business, Lindon has firsthand experience in all facets of small business management. For the last 20 years Lindon has coached CEOs and business leaders with a focus on leadership, decision making, and the development of a vibrant and highly productive Corporate Culture. A graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, Lindon also lettered in football and volleyball – including All American Honors and participation on the USA Mens National Team.
