Four Vistage Members Recognized on Fortune’s 100 Best Workplaces for Women

SAN DIEGO (Nov. 10, 2015) — Vistage Worldwide, Inc., a global organization that assembles and facilitates private advisory boards for CEOs, senior executives and business owners, is proud to announce that four of our member companies from across the nation were recently recognized on Fortune’s 100 Best Workplaces for Women:

  • Advanced Chemical Transport
  • American Savings Bank
  • Decision Toolbox
  • Sage Rutty & Company

“Vistage is proud to congratulate six of our members that sit in the c-suite for these two great companies,” said Larry Hawks, Vice President of Field Operations for Vistage Worldwide. “Many of our members represent the c-suite for these organizations and we are proud of the work that they have put into building the nation’s top workplaces for women.”

Fortune’s inaugural list of the 100 Best Workplaces for Women is a “best of the best” ranking. The winners are decided from a pool of approximately 650 companies with published Great Place to Work reviews, meaning they are serious about creating a great workplace and comfortable with transparency.

Positive survey results are the biggest reason companies appear on this ranking, since two-thirds of each company’s score is based on employee opinion and reports from female employees. The remaining third takes into account how well-represented women are within the workforce overall, as well as the number of women who hold management and executive positions.
