Dave Austin Launches New Vistage Group in St. Louis Market

San Diego, July 2, 2014— Vistage Chair Dave Austin has recently launched a new chief executive group in St. Louis, MO. The new Vistage group will meet monthly to discuss business issues, share expertise, and provide one another confidential help to achieve their goals. Austin is part of a community of more than 400 Vistage Chairs who lead local area groups, which total more than 45,000 members in 15 countries.

Vistage Regional Executive Dave Bartel applauded his success: “Dave is going to be one of those Chairs that you will not forget. Yes, he is “very, very tall” (sorry Dave I had to put that in this), but it is his ability to draw you in, that curiosity in his questions that make you want to open up and tell him more. His continuing quest to learn and that capability to be truly in the moment is a great skill. I believe Dave will continue on this path and it will reflect in how he grows his groups and the positive impact he will make in his members lives and that of the St. Louis community. It is fantastic to have Dave as a Chair in St. Louis!”

Dave Austin has been a strategic partner to CEOs for most of his career, from positions including Chief Financial Officer, VP of Operations, Senior VP of Finance & Administration and self-employed consultant. Dave’s strengths in leadership, problem solving, and honest communication have sparked dramatic improvements in the profitability, growth, success culture, and future of several private companies and organizations. Dave is a CPA and holds both an MBA from Washington University and a BA in Mathematics and Business from Westminster College.
