Ben Dominitz launches new Vistage advisory group in Charlotte and York County

San Diego, January 5, 2014— New Vistage Chair Ben Dominitz has announced the formation of the newest chief executive group in the Greater Charlotte area, a growing Vistage community of more than 170 members and seven Chairs. As one of only 400 Vistage Chairs in the US, Dominitz is helping his group members get answers to their most challenging business issues by using Vistage’s proprietary issue processing method. Ben Dominitz is the founder and former CEO of Prima Communications, Inc., a book publishing and internet content provider that he sold to Random House in 2001. Part of Prima’s success lay in creating a valuable and nationally-known brand in Prima Games, still the dominant U.S. publisher of books on computer and video games. Since the sale of his company, he has helped prepare companies for successful acquisition, resulting in tens of millions of revenues for the owners. Dominitz has extensive expertise in branding, publicity, P&L analysis and the art and science of preparing and presenting a business for sale (exit strategy). In addition, he is a published author and an acclaimed professional violinist and conductor. Ben has a Bachelor of Art in music performance from the University of Cincinnati. He lives in Fort Mill, SC with his wife.
