Sponsorship Sales Director

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Member Programs, the Sponsorship Sales Director will have a proven track leading an inside sales team and collaborating closely with other business leaders to maximize the overall success of the Sponsorship program.

An assertive, results-oriented achiever will lead our sponsorship sales team with a professional, polished demeanor, able to communicate and lead in both words and actions while assessing, coaching, measuring and directing a professional sponsorship sales team.   Ability to demonstrate a success-filled track record in sales, customer service, management and senior sales executive experience is required.  This person will roll up their sleeves and be in the trenches with their sales personnel, leading them to better performances and in doing so, enhancing the overall sponsorship growth of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and team sponsorship sales goals.
  • Design and implement a scalable and effective sponsorship sales process from lead sourcing through renewals

Opportunity

Oversee and direct Vistage’s learning and development for Chairs.  Strategize the curriculum development, acquisition and delivery, and continuously improve and leverage Vistage’s learning and development resources for the acquisition/retention of members and Chairs.

Responsibilities

The areas of concentration for this position are:

  • Designing and continuously improving the architecture and content of Vistage’s learning and development activities for Chairs– 50%

  • Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of current training content and learning delivery systems on an ongoing basis
  • Benchmark learning and development delivered by competitive companies and alternate delivery methods (on-line, college courses, certificate courses, etc.).  Recommend strategies for keeping Vistage ahead of the competition in terms of quality, timeliness, ease of access and cost-effectiveness.
  • Stay abreast of state-of-the-art management philosophies and techniques that enable CEO’s and other C-level executives to make better decisions and obtain better business results.  Incorporate these philosophies and techniques into development events to keep them fresh and relevant.
  • Design the curriculum architecture and content for first-year and subsequent-year Chair training and development.  Ensure development is a continuous and progressive process for Chairs regardless of their tenure.  Ensure that Chairs stay current, stay sharp and continue to offer unique and compelling value to their members.
  • Design cost-effective delivery strategies for Chair development.  Source and orient presenters, as necessary.  Budget for needed resources.
  • Research “make versus buy” decisions regarding curriculum development and acquisition in light of resource availability, quality, cost and time-to-market considerations.  Partner with training resource providers as necessary and prudent.
  • Design specific training curricula, lesson plans and content of training classes using sound instructional development techniques.  Develop “train the trainer” materials for Chairs to use with members
  • Assess evaluations received from Chairs on a real-time basis with the objective of continually improving the quality of learning and development offered by Vistage

Curate and develop content and resources for learning activities – 25%

  • Manage the curation of best practice tools and resources across the Chair community
  • Work with the Chief Operations Officer, Chief Human Resources Officer and the Chief Marketing Officer to plan content and recruit presenters/speakers for the regional and international Vistage conferences for members and Chairs
  • Ensure that all events at the conferences enhance the training and development of Chairs.  Ensure that the various conference attendees experience meaningful and enriching sessions that are delightfully entertaining
  • Grow conference attendance year over year and increase the return on investment

Oversee and assist in facilitation of the delivery of development events and activities – 15%

  • Participate in the presentation of development activities to the Chair community, for both new Chairs and existing Chairs.
  • Supervise, critique and coach other learning event presenters.  Ensure that every presenter is top-notch
  • Conduct “train the trainer” courses for those who deliver Vistage development events.

Experience

  • 7+ years leading a management development curriculum planning and design effort focused on C-level business management topics and trainees.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with curriculum architecture, training class content development, learning material and blended learning design, “train the trainer” certification, and classroom instruction to adults in a business setting.
  • Must be skilled in instructional design techniques and the development of learning according to objectives and desired learning outcomes. Must have a proven track record in developing and refreshing learning and development curriculum and content at the grass-roots level.

Online Support Representative – Part Time (Nights and Weekends)

Responsibilities

  • This position specifically requires evening and weekend shifts once fully trained. The training period occurs weekdays during regular business hours.
  • Primary role is to provide outstanding user technical support and customer service for our online web presence and related services, including mobile apps.
  • Respond promptly questions and issues via phone calls, e-mails, LiveChat and posts on the member website

  1. Assist in reviewing expenses submitted for reimbursement in the Concur system.

Responsibilities:

Modeling and Planning

  • Maintain and improve existing financial models used to drive executive decision-making and create new models under the direction of the finance leadership.
  • Support the annual budgeting and planning process, the long-range strategic planning process, as well as the monthly Forecast.

Ad-hoc Analysis

  • Work on various ad-hoc, complex analytical projects utilizing multiple skillsets including forecasting, modeling, process improvement, and business case development

Opportunity
The Market Development Director (MDD) is a new member acquisition specialist partnering with Vistage’s independent contractor channel (Chairs) to assist in identifying, meeting with, selling to and closing new member candidates to support the start/launch of the Chairs new CEO/Executive peer advisory groups.

Summary

The Client Services Representative is the primary point of contact for all Vistage speakers, and provides support to the Client Services Team. The Client Services Representative is measured on his/ her ability to meet the demands of our Chair and Member communities by coordinating a significant amount of speakers, for various dates in meeting spaces across the entire United States. This position is perfect for an individual who thrives on strategy and problem solving. S/He must be very organized, have great verbal and written communication skills, and highly desire to work with a dynamic, highly functioning team.

As the primary point of contact with all Vistage speakers, the Client Services Representative will be responsible for the brand experience of our speaker community.

Responsibilities

  • Manage strong corporate relationships with the Speaker database consisting of over 1,000 speakers.
  • Strategize, coordinate and schedule Speakers and therefore maximizing consecutive engagements.
  • On-board new Speakers.
  • Provide one to one coaching for Speaker development.
  • Initiate and engage in the heavy promotion for new Speakers.
  • Assist in coordination of member related Speaker needs.
  • When needed, identify the most cost-effective options for Speaker travel.
  • Provide additional support, as needed, for Client Services Advisors.

Senior Manager Lead Generation

Positon Summary
The Senior Manager, Lead Generation at Vistage International is responsible for driving lead generation for the company by finding and maximizing online and offline tactics. They will own the lead gen process from beginning to end ensuring that lead goals are met and that funnels are full from group start to group fill. Responsibilities

  • Identify new member and Chair acquisition channels
  • Primary point of contact for third party lead generation vendors
  • Help direct email campaigns for multi-touch nurtures and reporting
  • Direct group start local marketing campaigns, including; acquisitions, tactics/plan and budgets
  • Track key metrics and performance of campaign via Google analytics and other custom tools (Salesforce.com campaign tracking and reporting used) and create monthly status reports
  • Cultivate internal relationships to support lead generation through offline and online channels and partnerships
  • Develop initial budget and oversee marketing plan for each build
  • Utilizing the CRM for task and campaign management
  • Conducts regular Marketing and New Group Start team Reviews to align Marketing strategy with tactics and ensure effective execution of Marketing strategy
  • Identify and recommend process, data, and tool improvements
  • Managing and providing marketing conversion reports for each marketing tactic and keeping constituents apprised of key performance indicators

Experience

  • 7+ years of lead generation experience
  • Experience working on demand generation and nurture campaigns
  • Strong background in online and direct marketing
  • Program/project management, communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • An ability to manage workload and projects to deliver in a timely manner
  • Experience in a professional membership organization a plus

Multimedia Manager

The Multimedia Manager will manage the strategy and operational success of Vistage Studio, an on-demand video platform, and Vistage webinar series. They will also provide strategic oversight on video production and editing.  This hands-on role will collaborate with business owners from Events, Marketing, Speakers, Sponsorships, and Learning and Development to understand the purpose of the video or webinar and develop plans to achieve desired outcomes. This position reports to the Director of Communications.

  • Communicate and align all business owners around the vision, strategy, and business objectives for videos.
  • Recommend processes to maximize and protect video production and video assets.
  • Develop and manage editorial calendar for videos and webinars in line with content strategy.
