Consciously Inclusive Leadership

Are you ready to learn one of the most valuable leadership skills in today's world? Join us for a keynote speech from Dr. Kellie A. McElhaney, a professor at the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley and the Founding Director of the Center for Equity, Gender and Leadership (EGAL). Dr. McElhaney is a Chief Agitation Officer, a Chief Inspiration Officer, and a Chief Glass Chewer who has spent her career leading business strategy in the areas of corporate responsibility and diversity, equity and inclusion.

In her presentation, "Consciously Inclusive Leadership", Dr. McElhaney will explore how inclusive leaders drive higher business returns through better talent acquisition and retention, higher innovation, enhanced team productivity and greater collective intelligence. She will share strategies for interrupting our biases and developing inclusive systems, processes, and tools, including self-reflection, positive bias exercises, and more.
