Vistage International was established in 1957 and, through its global affiliates in 16 countries, offers a unique combination of resources for accelerating business performance, including monthly problem-solving peer group meetings; one-to-one executive coaching sessions; expert speaker workshops; on line best practices library; regional and international conferences; and access to a global network of 15,000 business leaders. Vistage has established a company in Shanghai, PRC (Vistage China) and is now seeking alliances with companies in China to launch its unique and globally successful services in China.

Vistage will be responsible for instruction, training and advice relating to the establishment and operation of the proprietary, trade-secret-protected Vistage system, including the development and operation of membership programs, products and services.

Considering Vistage¡¯s strong global reputation and half century of experience, Vistage is particularly interested in hearing from high quality, brand name Chinese companies which currently provide services to small and medium size businesses and/or their Chief Executives and are interested in a mutually profitably collaboration. Alliance partners would be expected to assist Vistage China rapidly to access and enroll members. Alliance partners would also be expected to assist Vistage China to create the infrastructure to provide membership services, including recruitment of persons to facilitate group meetings and deliver executive coaching sessions.
