In the first quater of 2008, the sagging U.S. economy led to higher-than-average levels of Vistage member drops. Our research indicates that the majority of new member drops occur during two crucial time periods—the member—six-month or twelve-month anniversary of joining.
Microsite Lead Generation Program
In July 2007, Vistage launched www.vistage.com/enrollment. This "mircosite" is a focused Web site that has been optimized with the goal of drawing in leads and prospective members.
New Sales Model Comes to Vistage
We've restructured the Vistage sales model to more efficiently process corporate-generated leads from our micro sites, marketing campaigns, alliances, trade shows, and other sources. This sales model complements our existing channel for Chair-generated leads, which we will continue to support.
Chairs Turn Stumbling Blocks into Stepping Stones
Vistage Chief Learning Officer Patricia Franklin has developed and lauched an in-market, continuing-education and training program for existing Chairs entitled, "The Sacred Journey from Self to Others - How to Turn Stumbling Blocks into Stepping Stones." The program features 16 modules taught over three days.

Jigsaw, our new provider of prospecting data, recently hosted a Vistage-sponsored Webinar. The Webinar was advertised and available to all of Jigsaw's 450,000+ users.
