I am a former CEO of Harris Chernin, Inc., a large regional shoe company in Chicago.

My Vistage experience

I was a Vistage member for five years as a CEO. I have been a Vistage Chair since 2000, leading one Chief Executive group, one Small Business group and one Trusted Advisor group.

I am also a Vistage Best Practice Chair, serving as a mentor and coach for Vistage Chairs in the Midwest region.

I am committed to the principles of counsel, challenge and encourage. I believe in "being there when I'm needed."
