I am an innovative, results-oriented executive with more than 23 years of domestic and international experience that includes complete B2B business development, operations management, marketing strategy consulting, operations strategy consulting, business process design, facilitation, personal coaching, professional executive coaching and manufacturing engineering. I have experience with U.S., Asian and European companies at all levels of the organization, and I am a high-energy, self-motivated, creative thinker with strong intuition, decision making and excellent communication skills.

I lead two Vistage Chief Executive groups and one Key Executive group.

As a Vistage Chair I steadily draw on my global business experiences as well as my personal transformation experiences to help members create new opportunities for growth.

I have a B.S. in Industrial Engineering at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. I have also participated in Landmark Education transformation courses and Vistage International Chair training courses and seminars.

I am affiliated with the Women's Leadership Exchange as a Chicago Board of Advisor; University of Chicago Women's Business Group; the University of Chicago Women's Alliance; and Church of Three Crosses. I am also an Illinois-state certified Medical Advocate.
