My business experience

In my 25 years of experience, I have been CEO of two successful companies (a turnaround and a start-up); strategic advisor and consultant to companies ranging from Fortune 500 to small, family-owned entities. I am skilled in leadership/executive development, executive team alignment and performance, growth strategies, strategic planning and execution and organizational clarity.

My Vistage experience

I have been a Vistage Chair since 1997, leading two Chief Executive groups and one Key Executive group. The chief executives run businesses ranging in revenue from $5 to $800 million. Members feel they are all in this together to contribute, develop and improve. Membership tenure is well above average with several 11-year members. We have "graduated" several members who have successfully sold their businesses.

My Vistage groups

Members of Vistage Chief Executive group 353 are leaders of a wide range of industries, including service, manufacturing, associations, health/medical, development, construction, distribution, trucking, printing, automotive and power tools. Membership in this group is 30% women, 70% men. They are very bright high achievers, well-connected, with a great sense of humor.

Members of Vistage Chief Executive group 369 lead such industries as service, manufacturing, software/IT, health/medical, construction, logistics, transportation, commercial machinery and specialty staffing. Membership is 10% women, 90% men (we're looking for more female members!). Members are intelligent, down to earth and share a great sense of humor.

The ideal Vistage member is a business owner/operator who plays "win/win" (we're all in this together); has good basic values, cares about his/her success and the success of others; is committed to growing and developing himself or herself and others; and who wants to reach the next level of success.
