I have more than 25 years' experience as a successful leader in the professional services industry. This includes:

• Founding a successful start-up and growing the company through the sale to a strategic buyer
• Providing key C-level leadership in two private equity-backed ventures that led to successful sales to strategic buyers

My core knowledge extends to corporate development, operations, marketplace positioning, business development and client service within private and publicly held companies. I am a principal of an advisory firm to privately held service companies, working closely with ownership to advance corporate development strategy, marketplace positioning/operational alignment and executive level development.

Family is first. My wife, our three children and I have full and busy lives at home and we are actively engaged in our community. I have a personal passion for staying physically active. Golf, paddle tennis, basketball and coaching my kids' teams are my most frequent activities. I also enjoy cooking, music and good conversation over a bottle of wine.
