My business experience

I have been president and CEO of a large independent shoe chain and president of Retail Dynamics, a consulting firm specializing in domestic and international consulting.

My Vistage experience

My career as a Vistage Chair began in 2001. I currently lead two Vistage Chief Executive groups, a Vistage Inside Group, and I am a member of the Chair Advisory Board, advising Vistage HQ on issues related to our Chair and member communities.

My Vistage Group

My groups represent a wide cross-section of industries, with a split between the service and manufacturing sectors. They also combine entrepreneurs with professional managers. Revenues range from $5-$300 million. There is also one member who leads a not-for-profit company.

I am committed to keeping my groups "full and fresh" - staying ahead of the curve and challenging members to maintain continuous improvement. Vistage members should (and do) have an experience they can't get anywhere else.

Who is the "ideal" Vistage member?

The ideal member is a lifelong learner who wants to keep growing. He or she takes great pleasure in their success, lead a balanced life and take joy from assisting others achieve their goal.
