PAL Program — New employees are matched up with a Professional Assistance Liaison (PAL), a fellow employee who acts as a support system and source of information while they get acclimated.
What's Happening Breakfasts — Each month a different team hosts breakfast for the company. It’s a wonderful time for employees to mingle, meet their coworkers, and find out what's going in other departments.
All-Staff Meetings — Vistage holds regular All-Staff Meetings in which financials and any new initiatives are shared with employees. It’s a fun time to introduce new employees, learn about the company vision as whole, and recognize employee anniversaries and awards.
Vistage Tips — Vistage encourages and empowers employees to reward and recognize each other by providing everyone with 5 Vistage Tips each month to reward fellow employees with. Tips can be redeemed for movie tickets, Amazon gift cards, or the office coffee cart.
Vistage Volunteers — This program encourages employees to give back to the community by becoming actively involved in any of a selection of volunteer organizations and efforts.
